These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rental Owner Hub, a software platform owned and operated by Swanz Soft Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Rental Owner Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Services Provided

Rental Owner Hub provides owner portal and property management related software tools, including but not limited to:

• Owner dashboards and portals
• Document and statement sharing
• Reservation calendars and owner holds
• Maintenance and ticket tracking
• Property and owner management tools
• Calendar synchronization integrations

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update any changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Use the platform to violate privacy or intellectual property rights

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription levels and pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Data & Content

Users retain ownership of the content and documents they upload to Rental Owner Hub.

By uploading content, you grant Swanz Soft Solutions LLC a limited license to host, process, and display the content solely for the operation of the platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Rental Owner Hub may support integrations or synchronization with third-party services including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, or other calendar and booking systems.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, outages, or external provider issues may occasionally affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swanz Soft Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

Rental Owner Hub, including its branding, software, design, and content, is owned by Swanz Soft Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
